Apex Minds Psychotherapy provides information about psychotherapy and related services offered by Harrison Tract, LCSW, and affiliated clinicians.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Use of this Site, including sending an email or completing a contact form, does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

A professional relationship is only formed after completing a formal intake process and signing consent for treatment.

We take confidentiality seriously. However, please do not share personal or sensitive clinical information through website contact forms or email.

Electronic communications through this Site are not encrypted unless otherwise stated.

For current clients, all protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.
