We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information may include device and usage data (IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, info about how/when you use our Services). This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for analytics and reporting.

The information we collect includes:

  • Location Data. May be precise or imprecise depending on device settings; can include GPS or IP-based location. You can opt out by disabling location settings on your device, but that may affect certain features.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process personal information for a variety of reasons depending on your interactions, including:

  • To identify usage trends and improve our Services.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described below.

We may need to share personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax, accounting). By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent/guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor’s use. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at Harrison.m.tract@outlook.com.

If you have questions about your privacy rights, email harrison.m.tract@outlook.com.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate a choice not to be tracked. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised notice.

California law requires disclosure about DNT signals; because no industry or legal standard exists, we do not respond to them at this time.
